A woman named Ayla from the Isle of Skye in Scotland has spent a huge amount of £150,000 to create what she calls a “cheap and tacky” look. She’s on a mission to get the UK’s largest breast implants. The community where she lives is very religious, and the people there haven’t been kind to her. Ayla says they judge her appearance harshly.
Ayla talked about it on Truly TV’s YouTube channel. She said, “The people in Skye are really religious. Nobody wears makeup here, and there’s no one who gets plastic surgery. I don’t get any support from the locals because of how I look.” Ayla is a transgender influencer. She started her transition when she was 24 years old. Since then, she has had a lot of cosmetic surgeries. She just had her third round of feminization surgery. Her surgeries included things like forehead reconstruction, shaving the bones around her eyes, a nose job (rhinoplasty), shaving both jaws, a lip lift, chin sculpting, reducing her Adam’s apple, getting teeth veneers, having six breast augmentations, and sex reassignment surgery.
Ayla has 13,000 followers on Instagram. She often travels to the United States, sometimes as often as once a month, to get her breasts enlarged. She wants to reach a size of 3000cc. With the goal of having the biggest breasts in the UK, she admits that she gets financial help from “sponsors” and “sugar daddies”.
On Truly TV, Ayla, who is known as “the doll”, told about some dangerous situations she had because of her implants. She said, “I thought my skin was just going to burst open, and one day, it actually did.”
Even though Ayla knows that her desire for bigger and bigger implants is extreme, she’s determined to keep going.
This glamorous woman said, “I’d say my look is cheap, tacky, and in-your-face, and I really love it.”
She openly says that she wears children’s tops and the smallest adult sizes to show off her figure. Ayla said that while other people judge her, her husband David, whom she met on Instagram, fully supports her. Besides her bold fashion choices, Ayla is an entrepreneur. She’s not afraid to wear a crop top when she’s at her own café. She said that some customers ask her about her clothes, wondering when she’ll stop dressing like that.
But Ayla has no plan to change the way she is until she thinks she’s “perfect”. She said excitedly, “I’m never more excited than when I’m on that operating table.”
Ayla doesn’t feel bad about how much money she’s spent. She said, “You can’t put a price on perfection.”
