Ella Morgan, a 30-year-old star from Married At First Sight UK, showed off her long legs at the 2025 Attitude 101 Lunch on Friday. The event was held at The Rosewood Hotel in London. She looked stunning in a strapless top with jewels hanging from the nipples and a flowing floor-length dress with a slit, which let her display her toned legs on the red carpet. Her dark, auburn hair looked healthy and flowed down her shoulders.
Just a day before this glamorous appearance, Ella revealed the harsh realities of a recent hair transplant surgery. She shared on Instagram on Thursday that she had the procedure last week and was left with swollen eyes and a bandage on her forehead. Ella, who is transgender, also posted a graphic photo of the back of her head where hair was taken from. But she healed quickly and shared a clip on Thursday where she looked like her normal self during a train journey.
Along with the graphic post, she wrote, “Hahaha I can’t cope with myself! Today’s my first proper outing since my surgery. How have I gone from this to this in a week? I tell you us trans dolls are stronger than weightlifters. We are the blueprint.” She also showed off the results of the surgery, saying, “One week post hair transplant and this is the glam we’ve managed to pull off. I have the best team I swear.”
Ella’s hair transplant came after her reported split from boyfriend Alex James Ali. Ella met Alex on Celebs Go Dating earlier this year. But according to The Sun, they are no longer together. The report claims Ella accused Alex of being unfaithful and messaging other women. A source said, “Ella is heartbroken and disappointed, but the trust is gone. They seemed happy on the outside, but there were problems inside. Fans loved them, and they tried to make it work, even planning to move in together. She’s going into the New Year single with a positive attitude, but it’s a bad time with Christmas and her birthday coming up.”
Ella had gushed about finding “the one” in Alex last month when speaking to the Daily Record. They became official after filming Celebs Go Dating ended.
Before Alex, Ella was linked to Strictly star Bobby Brazier. In September, Bobby rejected her attempts to rekindle their relationship at the National Television Awards. They were first seen locking lips at the TV Baftas in May. At the afterparty, Ella tried to get close to Bobby again, but he wasn’t interested and gave her the cold shoulder. Ella said of their past, “We had a nice time, but now I’m focused on Celebs Go Dating. We’re friendly, and Bobby knows I’m doing this show.”
Recently, Bobby, son of Jeff Brazier and the late Jade Goody, was spotted kissing Virginia Hampson, but he is believed to be single. After last year’s Strictly, Bobby was seen with Ellie Leach, but they were just good friends, according to sources. Bobby won the rising star award at last year’s NTAs and became popular on Strictly.
