Today, the UAMS Plastic Surgery Clinic opened to the public.
Our Channel 7 News team went to the open house. It was held in the Freeway Medical Tower on west 10th Street.
The clinic offers a wide variety of services. It can do breast reconstruction. It also provides face and neck lift procedures.
Other services include nose surgery, eyelid surgery, fat grafting, and liposuction. All these services aim to give the best care to the people of Arkansas.
James C. Yuen, M.D., who is a professor and the chief of the division of plastic surgery at UAMS, said, “As our program has grown and keeps expanding, we also need a modern, specialized space. This space is for us to give the best care to patients. It’s a place that can improve the patient experience and make the staff’s work more efficient.”
