Plastic Surgeon In Hot Water: Alleged Malpractice And Sexual Harassment Unveiled

by Amelia

In 2025,A report by the New York Post has revealed that a US plastic surgeon, Dr David Pincus, is facing serious accusations. He is said to have carried out an “unauthorised” vagina – lifting procedure, sexually harassed an employee, and forced her to call him “Daddy”.

Lawsuits have been filed against Pincus, who lives in a nearly $3 million mansion in Long Island and drives a $300,000 Lamborghini. These lawsuits accuse him of medical malpractice and sexual harassment.

A former employee told the New York Post that Pincus would engage in inappropriate behavior. He would grab her breasts, lift her skirt to expose her underwear, and order her to “come sit on daddy’s lap.” She also said that after performing a breast augmentation on her, he told her, “I can touch them whenever I want. I created you, and I own you.”

Another former patient stated that in 2021, she visited Pincus for a tummy tuck but ended up getting an unknown procedure – a mons – lift. After the surgery, Pincus informed her, “You had a very low vagina, so I had to lift it up.” The patient claimed that despite the doctor having excellent five – star ratings online, her experience was far from positive. She now says she will need to spend $40,000 to correct the situation. Additionally, she alleged that Pincus sexually harassed her during their meeting, saying, “I’ll just take you home with me, and we’ll talk about this when we wake up in bed every morning.”

In 2020, another lawsuit accused Pincus of making inappropriate remarks to a 15 – year – old daughter of an employee who was interning at the clinic. A patient also accused the plastic surgeon of ignoring signs of infection after a 2022 breast reduction. Her lawyer told the New York Post that due to the doctor ignoring clear infection signs, she developed severe sepsis and necrosis (body – tissue death). Her lawsuit claims she had to undergo several emergency surgeries to drain fluid from abscesses and to graft skin from her thigh to her breasts.

However, Pincus’ lawyer has called these lawsuits “baseless and frivolous”. “Dr. Pincus is determined to wage a punishing defense against this bad faith attempt to tarnish his hard – earned reputation – without compromise,” he said. The doctor himself added, “I refuse to be the victim of extortion,” and claimed that he has treated over 7,000 patients and has “thousands and thousands of happy reviews.”
