In the pursuit of natural beauty without going under the knife, women in New York are flocking to a new Midtown med spa for innovative non – invasive breast enhancement treatments. The Cleavage Clinic, as reported by the New York Post, has become a sought – after place for those looking for alternatives to traditional breast implants. It offers a range of services including platelet – rich plasma (PRP) therapy, also known as the “vampire” breast lift, along with Sculptra and Morpheus8.
Kelsey Soles, a 29 – year – old lifestyle influencer from the Financial District, recently tried PRP therapy to increase her bust size. “I used the plasma in my body to make my boobs bigger,” Soles said, and she’s excited, calling 2025 “the year of big, natural t—ts.” She had her first session on January 30 and expects to reach a full C cup after three treatments.
Noelle Villella, the co – founder of the clinic, explained that PRP, which is often used for hair restoration and injury recovery, can be injected into breast tissue. “Plasma is rich in growth factors,” Villella pointed out. “Once injected, it generates new collagen, which improves skin quality and gives natural – looking results.” The PRP procedure costs around $3,800 ( ₹3,30,950 INR). It involves taking plasma from the patient’s blood, turning it into a gel – like substance, and then injecting it into the breast using a cannula for added safety. The results can last up to three years.
Danielle, a 29 – year – old from SoHo, chose PRP because of its safety compared to implants. “I’d thought about getting surgery, but I wanted something natural with little to no health risks,” she said. She also said the treatment felt like an “instant boob job.” She can’t wait to show off her B – cups during her summer vacation in Greece.
Other treatments at the clinic are also gaining popularity. Morpheus8 micro – needling, for example, is being used to tighten skin and fade scars. Isabella Attianese, a 24 – year – old lifestyle influencer, chose this FDA – approved procedure to lift her breasts. Olivia Caputo, a 28 – year – old beauty influencer, used it to get rid of scarring from a previous augmentation.
Sculptra, a collagen – stimulating injectable, has also been a game – changer for some. Lurene Gunmia, a mother of three from New Jersey, spent $6,000 on the treatment and went from a 32AA to a full 32B. “It feels good to do something just for me,” she said. “It’s a confidence booster.”
As more women look for natural, non – surgical ways to enhance their appearance, Villella stressed the clinic’s focus on safety and customer satisfaction. “We’re in a world where people want natural results without putting unnatural things in their bodies,” she said, and added that their services are more affordable compared to traditional breast surgeries.
