The ‘Vampire’ Breast Lift: A Natural, Non – Surgical Alternative Taking New York By Storm

In the Big Apple, not every woman is naturally endowed with large breasts. But now, there’s a new trend emerging for those who want to enhance their busts without going under the knife. Women in New York are flocking to a trendy new Midtown med spa for alternative, non – surgical methods.

Last week, 29 – year – old Kelsey Soles, a lifestyle influencer from the Financial District, used her own blood to increase her bra size, in a way.”I used the plasma in my body to make my boobs bigger,” she told The Post about her “vampire” breast lift.

Soles, a natural A – cup, underwent platelet – rich plasma therapy (PRP) at the Cleavage Clinic, one of New York’s newest destinations for non – invasive breast augmentations. “I’m finally gonna have big tits this summer,” she laughed.

She had her first of three rounds of PRP on January 30. After the next two treatments, one in March and the other in late spring, the once flat – chested Soles expects to have full C cups. “2025 is the year of big, natural tits,” she cheered.

Noelle Villella, the co – founder of the Cleavage Clinic and a registered nurse, told The Post that their goal is to help women enhance their breasts in the safest way possible. “A lot of people do PRP for hair restoration, and athletes use it for injury recovery,” Villella explained. “In our research, we found that it could be injected into the breast tissue.”

Villella and co – founder Bri Tomaselli, a breast – injector consultant, opened their enhancement center at the start of the year. They regularly have over 10 consultations a day with women from near and far who want bigger breasts without surgery.

The prices for their non – intrusive treatments, including PRP, platelet – rich fibrin (PRF), Sculptra, and Morpheus8, range from $2,900 to $7,000. “We’re in a world where everyone wants to look natural without putting unnatural things in their bodies,” Tomaselli said, adding that cost – effectiveness also plays a part in the clinic’s quick success. “A traditional, invasive breast augmentation in Manhattan can cost anywhere from $15,000 to $30,000,” she noted. “Our services don’t create any scar tissue, have zero risks, and are affordable.”

For Soles’ PRP treatment, which cost around $3,800, Villella took several vials of blood from the antecubital vein (the bend of the elbow). She then used a centrifuge, a special machine for separating liquids, to extract the plasma. After heating and cooling the plasma, she mixed it to make a jelly – like substance. Then, she used a cannula, a small, flexible tube that’s said to be safer than a needle, to inject the gel into the breast. The results of PRP usually become final about three months after the patient’s third session and can last up to three years.

“Plasma is rich in growth factors,” Villella said. “Once injected into the breast tissue, the plasma generates new collagen, which improves skin quality and gives natural – looking results.”

PRP treatment, also known as the “vampire” breast lift (VBL) in some circles, is approved by the FDA for “cosmetic reasons” and has been used for facials for years, made popular by Kim Kardashian. Although it’s still new for breast enhancement, the procedure answers the demand for more natural beauty enhancements.

The trend towards more natural aesthetics, away from toxins and plastics, is driven by some celebrities reversing their plastic surgeries and everyday women choosing more “natural – looking” alternatives over silicone and saline implants.

For Danielle, a 29 – year – old from SoHo who chose not to give her last name for privacy, safety was a key factor in choosing PRP over breast implants. “I’d thought about getting surgery, but I wanted something natural with little to no health risks,” she told The Post.

Danielle started her PRP treatments in September, during the clinic’s soft launch, with small A – cup breasts. After her first session, she said it was like having “an instant boob job.” “I got the results I wanted,” she gushed. She’s set to have her final PRP session this month and hopes to have “perfect” B – cups before her summer vacation in Greece. “I can’t wait to be in a bikini. I’m excited to show off.”
