Lindsay Arnold, the 31-year-old Dancing with the Stars alum, has been open about her breast augmentation journey and the process of recovery. On January 14, she shared a series of social media posts documenting the surgery and her recovery, including a full TikTok recap on January 15. In the video, she took followers behind the scenes, offering a glimpse into the preparations, including a fun Instagram Reel she made dancing with her surgeon prior to the procedure.
Arnold confirmed that her surgery was a success, expressing gratitude for how well it went, while humorously admitting, “Post surgery Lindsay is a sight to see .” Although she was feeling “dizzy and nauseous,” she reassured fans that her pain levels were tolerable, and she was already at home recovering.
In a follow-up Instagram Story update later on January 15, Arnold shared that she was feeling much better, saying, “Coming off the anesthesia was rough yesterday… but slept great and feeling good.”
Arnold also shared a sweet moment with her daughters, Sage and June, who kept her company during her recovery. “My girls have been so gentle with me, they are the sweetest,” she captioned a video of the two cuddling with her.
Back in December 2024, Arnold revealed her decision to gift herself a breast augmentation for Christmas after a birthday trip to Mexico with her husband, Samuel Lightner Cusick. “Guys, I’m freaking out. I’m freaking out okay, but I’m also so excited,” she shared at the time. She explained that it was a big decision for her, noting that it’s something she had “always wanted to do” but also acknowledged the mixed opinions around the procedure.
She emphasized that while breast augmentation may not be for everyone, it was a personal choice she felt good about. In response to a TikTok comment from a follower who expressed regret over their own breast augmentation, Arnold cheekily replied, “New have entered the chat and zero regrets here ,” signaling her satisfaction with her decision.
Arnold’s candid updates have been well received by her fans, with many appreciating her openness about the surgery and its aftermath. It seems she’s embracing the changes with confidence and no regrets.
