CeraVe, a leading skincare brand recommended by dermatologists in the United States, has unveiled four new products for the summer season. These additions include the Intensive Moisturizing Lotion, AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 50, Oil Control Moisturizing Gel-Cream, and Skin Renewing Vitamin C Eye Cream. Designed to complement the brand’s expansive range of therapeutic skincare solutions, these formulations are developed in collaboration with dermatologists and feature CeraVe’s essential ceramides – 1, 3, and 6-II – aimed at catering to diverse skin types while restoring and maintaining a healthy skin barrier.

The Intensive Moisturizing Lotion incorporates Hydro-Urea™, amino acids, and shea butter to deeply hydrate and alleviate dryness-related symptoms such as itchiness, redness, and scaling. Its fast-absorbing, pH-balanced formula ensures up to 72 hours of relief, suitable for all skin types including dry and itchy skin.

Joining the bestselling AM Facial Moisturizer, the new AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 50 combines chemical and mineral sunscreen filters to provide enhanced SPF 50 protection against UV rays while delivering essential hydration. The non-comedogenic formula blends seamlessly into all skin tones, making it ideal for daily wear under makeup.

The Oil Control Moisturizing Gel-Cream offers a lightweight, mattifying solution with oil-absorbing technology for all-day shine control. Enriched with Vitamin E and niacinamide, it balances oily skin without leaving a greasy residue, catering to daily facial moisturization needs.

Expanding its Skin Renewing Vitamin C line, CeraVe introduces the Skin Renewing Vitamin C Eye Cream featuring 5% pure Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Designed to brighten under-eye circles, reduce puffiness, and combat oxidative stress, the fragrance-free formula is gentle on sensitive skin and suitable for contact lens wearers.

Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Ramya Garlapati praised CeraVe’s commitment to skin barrier health, emphasizing the brand’s efficacy in treating skincare concerns while supporting the skin’s protective functions. Penelope Giraud, CeraVe’s General Manager, highlighted the brand’s dedication to innovation guided by real patient needs, underscoring their mission to provide effective skincare solutions for every individual.

The new products, including CeraVe Oil Control Moisturizing Gel-Cream ($19.99), AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 50 ($19.99), and Intensive Moisturizing Lotion ($19.99), are currently available on Amazon and at various retailers nationwide. The Skin Renewing Vitamin C Eye Cream ($24.99) is exclusively available on Amazon, with wider availability at retailers slated for early 2025.
