Heidi Montag Pratt, known for her role in “The Hills,” revealed the significant impact that cosmetic surgery has had on her life, particularly following the removal of her F-cup breast implants in 2013 due to their unmanageability.

Reflecting on her decision to undergo ten cosmetic procedures in a single day, Montag Pratt acknowledged her lack of understanding regarding the consequences of such an undertaking.

“I was in way over my head with the surgeries,” Montag Pratt shared with the publication. “I had no idea what I was getting myself into or that it was a lifelong commitment.”

The 29-year-old star described the period as a physically, emotionally, and mentally challenging time for both herself and her husband, reality star Spencer Pratt. She referred to this phase as a “turning point.”

“In such a negative way,” she admitted. “There was a fallout with ‘The Hills’ and a lot of backlash with the things we were doing. We spent more money, and it was so unnecessary. Sometimes I can’t believe I did that to us and me. It’s been a lot to overcome.”

Montag Pratt had previously discussed the adverse effects of her large breast implants with Us Weekly in 2013, describing the difficulty she faced in dealing with their weight.

“I couldn’t conceptualize the weight of them in my body,” she explained. “They felt like bowling balls on my chest. I felt inappropriate. Guys would stare at me really creepily and felt they had the right to because I had such big boobs.”

Recently, Crystal Hefner, wife of the late Hugh Hefner, also shared images of her new body following the removal of her breast implants. The 30-year-old spoke about the toxicity of the implants and expressed her happiness now that they are removed.
