SK:N Clinics, a prominent player in Britain’s plastic surgery industry with a network encompassing more than 70 branches, has collapsed and halted operations. This includes the SK:N Group, Harley Medical Group, Skinbrands, The Skin Experts, and ABC Medical.
Customers were notified through automated messages and a notice on the company’s website that all SK:N Clinics have abruptly ceased trading. Concurrently, the company deactivated its social media accounts. A poster displayed at the Birmingham clinic indicated that additional information would be forthcoming on the company’s website.
Despite extensive efforts to secure investment and sustain operations, SK:N Clinics faced insurmountable challenges and was unable to continue trading. The company expressed regret over the impact on its employees and customers, acknowledging the stress and inconvenience caused. Many customers are now grappling with the absence of refunds for prepaid treatments, with updates promised on the company’s website as developments unfold.
