This week, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra launched the first episode of their podcast called Cate & Ty Break It Down. During the podcast, the Teen Mom couple talked about many things. One of the topics they discussed was whether Catelynn might get breast reduction surgery.
The talk about Catelynn’s chest started when she and Tyler were chatting about a recent TikTok trend that came from the show Dancing with the Stars. Catelynn said that she couldn’t do a particular dance move as well as the professional dancer on the show. Tyler seemed to agree with his wife. Then he explained why he thought that dance move was harder for Catelynn.
Tyler asked Catelynn if she had ever thought about getting a breast reduction. Catelynn said that she had definitely thought about it a lot. But she hadn’t gone through with the surgery because she said she was “just a sissy b***h.”
Catelynn went on to say that she was afraid to have surgery. She wasn’t just scared of the operation itself. She was also worried about the pain she would feel afterwards and the anxiety it might cause.
Catelynn asked, “How come every time I’ve had surgery, I always end up having f**king anxiety afterwards? It’s a weird thing.”
Tyler tried to reassure Catelynn. He said that since she had given birth to four children, which meant going through the pain of having them “rip through her vagina walls,” she could surely handle having breast reduction surgery. But Catelynn said she was also worried that she might end up without nipples after the surgery.
She told Tyler, “There’s a cheer mom at my cheer place. She got a reduction. She said it was the best thing she ever did and that the recovery wasn’t too bad. But I’m still scared. And they move your nipples during the surgery. What if my nipple falls off?”
Catelynn continued, “Sometimes they cut your nipples off and put them back in a different place.”
When Tyler interrupted and said, “What the f**k are you talking about?” Catelynn kept explaining why she was so worried about her nipples.
She said, “What if they move my nipples and I end up being a nipple-less t**ty girl?” She added that if that happened to her, she would cry.
Tyler told Catelynn that he would still love her even if she ended up without nipples. But he also said he didn’t think that would actually happen if she decided to have the surgery.
Catelynn then said she wasn’t sure herself. She admitted to the podcast listeners that she might just be talking nonsense.
She said, “All I know is, nipples are kind of strange, but I really don’t want to be without them.”
