Alan Halsall, renowned for his role on “Coronation Street,” has openly defended his decision to undergo a second hair transplant, emphasizing that there is no shame in seeking such procedures. The 36-year-old actor, who initially had a hair transplant in 2016, underwent a follow-up operation in March at the Farjo Hair Institute in Manchester.

The Farjo Hair Institute expressed their enthusiasm about assisting Halsall in regaining his confidence. In an Instagram post, the clinic shared an image of Halsall undergoing the procedure and remarked, “It was wonderful to have @alanhalsall return to @farjohairinstitute for his second hair transplant. We are thrilled to have helped Alan restore his confidence following the success of his first treatment.”

Halsall also took to social media to share his positive experience, stating, “I’ve talked to many men who struggle with confidence due to hair loss. I hope this will show them that there are options available and that hair transplants are quite common. There is no need to feel ashamed.”

In February 2018, Halsall showcased the results of his initial hair transplant with a before-and-after photo. Recently, he shared a close-up image of his new hairline on Twitter, highlighting the improvements with a computer screen displaying his previous hairline. “Before and after in one picture, Bessam Farjo,” he captioned the photo.

Prior to revealing the results, Halsall admitted to feeling “nervous” about seeing the images of his previous hairline. Despite his apprehension, his co-stars were reportedly “impressed” by the transformation. Halsall reflected, “I’m more anxious about viewing my before pictures since I have never seen them.”
