Nikki Glaser Plans ‘smart Investment’ In Plastic Surgery For August 2026

Nikki Glaser has some plastic surgery plans.

The 40-year-old comedian told host Jimmy Fallon during an appearance on The Tonight Show that he’s about to get plastic surgery.

“Let’s wait for the surgery,” Glaser joked after Fallon, 50, complimented her on her beauty. “It’s coming up, August 2026. I’m definitely going to do it. I’m totally fine with it.”

She continued: “You have to be subtle about it, so they’re like, ‘What is she doing?’ You’re like, ‘I’m just meditating more. I do meditation to get rid of the skin on my eyelids.’ That’s what they’re saying, ‘I’m drinking more water. I’m improving my gut health, so my eyebrows have been lowered two inches.’”

The comedian added that she considers plastic surgery “a smart investment.”

“There’s a little bit of shame about plastic surgery, or investing in beauty, doing these surgeries,” she explained. “It’s probably a little sad, but I’m also like, ‘Well, it makes my life better.’ The sexier you are, the better people treat you. That’s just the way it is. It’s just a sad reality of life.”
Glaser added: “And then everyone’s like, ‘That’s so sad, why don’t you appreciate the way you were born?’ It’s like, ‘Why did you go to college? Why didn’t you appreciate the brain you were born with? Why did you spend thousands of dollars on this school?'”

The star also shared her thoughts on Ozempic, an FDA-approved prescription drug for type 2 diabetes that also works as a weight loss pill.

“Oh, I love it, I love it. I’m just like, go for it, go for it. I’m not judging anybody,” the TV host said of the treatment, which is popular among celebrities. “If you want to try Ozpic, go for it, girl. I wish people would be more comfortable talking about it because I feel like there’s a shame about it — the shame that only skinny people want you to stay fat. That’s what it’s all about.”

“They’re mad at you for getting skinny because that’s all they have, right? They’re mad, but they can’t say it. They’re just like, ‘No! You stole diabetics’ meds, and they really need them.’ Like, that’s their excuse,” she continued. “And all of a sudden, all these skinny white women are saying, ‘diabetics need their meds.’ No, I feel like you’re mad because Kathy Bates has a thigh gap. I feel like that’s what it’s all about.”
