Jana Cramer is talking about the regrets she has regarding plastic surgery. On February 23rd, a Sunday, during an episode of her podcast “Whine Down”, the actress known for her role in “One Tree Hill” shared her complex feelings about getting breast implants after divorcing her ex-husband Mike Caussin.
During the podcast, guest Kristen Brust said she was considering getting a breast reduction and lift. In response, the country singer Jana Cramer gave advice based on her own experience. She said, “I don’t think it’s shallow at all to want a lift to gain confidence.” She added, “You don’t have to do it, but if it’s something you want for yourself, that’s fine.”
However, Cramer said her decision to get plastic surgery wasn’t entirely for herself. She told the podcast host, “My biggest regret about my breast implants is that I’m not sure if I did it just for me. My best advice is that it has to be 100% for you.” The actress from “Friday Night Lights” said she became interested in the procedure because she hoped her husband, a former football player who was said to cheat on her often, would stop if she changed her appearance.
Cramer explained, “I was in a marriage where my husband was always cheating. I saw the women he was with, and I thought, ‘I don’t look like them at all.’ So when I thought about getting plastic surgery, I wondered if having bigger boobs would stop him from cheating or make him find me sexier.” In the end, Cramer decided to wait until she was divorced to make sure the procedure was a personal choice. She said, “After having two kids, my breasts sagged really badly. They didn’t look the same as before, and people’s reactions made me feel bad about myself.” Although she said she “had a lot of fun with the implants after the divorce”, she would make a different choice now. “I actually want to remove the implants and just lift my breasts again. I prefer a more natural look without implants. When the time comes to remove them and do it over, I don’t think I’ll put them back in,” she said.
